北京雪意科技有限公司（Beijing Xueyi Technology Co., Ltd.）运营 WolfUp。本政策说明公开战术板、登录后的团队工作区以及 Stripe 支付流程所涉及的数据。
Beijing Xueyi Technology Co., Ltd. operates WolfUp. This policy describes the data used by the public playbook, signed-in team workspace and Stripe billing flow.
我们处理的数据 Data we process
- 无需注册即可浏览公开战术板。语言偏好、收藏、训练清单和本地自定义战术草稿仅保存在你的浏览器中。The public playbook can be read without an account. Language, favorites, practice lists and local custom-play drafts are stored in your browser.
- 登录时，托管平台向 WolfUp 提供经验证的邮箱地址，并可能提供显示名称，用于确认账户归属和权限校验。When you sign in, the hosting platform provides a verified email and may provide a display name. WolfUp uses them for account ownership and role checks.
- 团队方案会在平台数据库中存储团队名称、成员角色、战术 JSON、评论、版本记录、训练计划和学习进度。Team plans store team names, membership roles, play JSON, comments, version records, training plans and learning progress in the platform database.
- 支付信息由 Stripe 处理。WolfUp 只存储账单标识、方案与订阅状态，不会收到完整银行卡号。Stripe processes payment details. WolfUp stores only billing identifiers, plan and subscription status; it does not receive full card numbers.
数据用途 Why we use data
我们只使用提供服务所需的最少数据：保存团队工作区、执行权限控制、管理付费访问、防止滥用以及处理账户请求。
We use the minimum data needed to provide saved team workspaces, enforce permissions, manage paid access, prevent abuse and support account requests.
服务提供商 Service providers
托管、登录与数据库服务由 OpenAI Sites/Cloudflare 平台提供；Stripe 提供结账、订阅、账单门户与支付记录。它们处理数据时适用其各自的隐私政策。
Hosting, sign-in and database services are provided by the OpenAI Sites/Cloudflare platform. Stripe provides checkout, subscriptions, billing portal and payment records. Their own policies apply to data they process.
保留与控制 Retention and control
仅存于浏览器的数据由你自行清除。云端记录在工作区活跃期间保留，并按安全、财务或法律要求的期限保存。账单记录可能由 Stripe 及公司按规定留存。
Browser-only data remains until you clear it. Cloud records are retained while the workspace is active and as needed for security, accounting or legal obligations. Billing records may be retained by Stripe and the company as required.
你的权利请求 Your requests
你可以通过账户或 Stripe 收据中显示的支持渠道申请访问、更正或删除个人数据。我们可能需要验证身份。具体权利与响应时限依适用法律而定。
You may request access, correction or deletion through the support details shown in your account or Stripe receipt. Identity verification may be required. Rights and response periods depend on applicable law.
安全与变更 Security and changes
WolfUp 对团队写入执行服务端身份与角色校验，使用 Stripe 托管的支付页面与签名 Webhook。没有任何系统是零风险的。本政策的重大变更会在本页标注日期。
WolfUp uses server-side identity and role checks for team writes, Stripe-hosted payment pages and signed webhooks. No system is risk-free. Material policy changes will be dated on this page.
