本条款适用于由北京雪意科技有限公司（Beijing Xueyi Technology Co., Ltd.）运营的 WolfUp 服务。使用 WolfUp 即表示你同意本条款及下方链接的相关政策。
These terms apply to WolfUp services operated by Beijing Xueyi Technology Co., Ltd. By using WolfUp, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below.
训练信息 Training information
WolfUp 是教学与交流工具，不能替代场上教练、医疗建议或赛事规则。评分仅为教学参考，不保证比赛结果。教练仍需对安全、掩护合法性和适龄训练负责。
WolfUp is an educational and communication tool, not a substitute for an on-court coach, medical advice or event rules. Ratings are teaching references and do not guarantee results. Coaches remain responsible for safety, legality of screens and age-appropriate training.
账户与团队 Accounts and teams
你对登录身份下的操作负责。团队所有者和教练只能添加其有权纳入的成员，并须妥善使用球员信息。未经团队许可，请勿上传保密的球探资料。
You are responsible for activity under your signed-in identity. Team owners and coaches must add only people they are authorized to include and must use player information appropriately. Do not upload confidential scouting material unless your team permits it.
订阅 Subscriptions
Pro 和 Team 方案按 Stripe Checkout 显示的周期与价格自动续订，直至取消。你可以通过 Stripe 账单门户管理或取消订阅。取消通常自下一周期起生效；访问权限以账户中显示的账单状态为准。
Pro and Team plans renew at the interval and price shown in Stripe Checkout until canceled. You can manage or cancel through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation normally stops future renewal; access continues according to the billing status shown in your account.
用户内容 User content
你保留对自建战术和评论的权利，同时授予 WolfUp 为你的团队存储、处理、展示和导出这些内容所需的有限许可。请勿提交违法内容或你无权使用的材料。
You keep rights to custom plays and comments you create. You grant WolfUp the limited permission needed to store, process, display and export that content for your team. Do not submit unlawful content or material you lack permission to use.
公开参考与知识产权 Public references and intellectual property
WolfUp 自行改写教学讲解并绘制原创图示，同时注明所参考的公开教练资料。第三方网站对其文章、图片和视频保留权利。WolfUp 的界面、代码、品牌与原创文案受法律保护。
WolfUp rewrites teaching explanations and creates its own diagrams while linking the coaching references used. Third-party sites retain rights in their own articles, images and videos. The WolfUp interface, code, branding and original copy remain protected.
可用性与合理使用 Availability and acceptable use
请勿攻击服务、绕过访问控制、进行有害规模的抓取，或利用产品侵犯法律或他人权利。为安全、稳定或产品改进，功能可能调整。服务不保证不中断。
Do not attack the service, evade access controls, scrape at harmful volume or use the product to violate law or another person’s rights. Features may change for security, reliability or product improvement. Service availability is not guaranteed without interruption.
责任与适用法律 Liability and applicable law
在适用法律允许的范围内，WolfUp 按现状提供，除法律上不可排除的保证外不作其他默示保证。法定强制性消费者权利不受影响。
To the extent permitted by applicable law, WolfUp is provided without implied guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
