净效率Net rating
Offensive rating minus defensive rating: how many points a team nets per 100 possessions. It is the shortest honest summary of a team.

113.9 − 108.3 = +5.6, meaning 5.6 points netted every hundred possessions. Held across a season, +5 is contender territory.
What it leaves out
Unlike plus-minus this is rate-adjusted, so garbage time and tempo do not distort it the way they distort a raw score margin.
