为什么会有这个网站 · Why this site exists

我们是一群业余球员，平时打 4v4，输球是常事。问题不在跑不动，而在战术打不出来：说好要挡拆，真到那一下没人去挡；说好拉开，每个人理解的“拉开”都不太一样。 · We are amateur players, mostly playing 4v4, and we lose plenty. The problem was never fitness. It was that the plays never appeared: someone calls for a screen and nobody sets it, everyone agrees to spread out and everyone pictures something different.

想弄明白到底差在哪，就把战术一步一步拆开，做成能看清顺序的动画和中英对照的词条。这些页面本来是为了自己看懂，既然做了，就顺手放上来，感兴趣的人应该也用得上。 · Working out what we were missing meant pulling plays apart step by step, into animations you can follow in order and entries that name things in both languages. The pages started as something for us to understand, and since they exist anyway, they are here for anyone else who wants them.

为什么一张战术图不够用 · Why a diagram is not enough

讲战术的资料不算少，但对业余球队总差一点：多数只说怎么跑，不说为什么这么跑，也不说这条路被堵住之后该干什么。 · There is no shortage of tactics material, but little of it lands for an amateur team: most of it says what to run, not why the spacing works, and not what to do once the first option is covered.

静态的图更麻烦。谁先动、谁在等谁、球到手时人该站哪儿，一张画满箭头的图看不出来，而打不出来往往就是时机问题。资料也大多按 5v5 写，4v4、3v3 的落位得自己换算。 · Static diagrams are the bigger problem. A picture full of arrows does not tell you who moves first, who is waiting for whom, or where to be when the ball arrives, and timing is usually what breaks down. Most material also assumes 5v5, so 4v4 and 3v3 spacing has to be worked out separately.

所以网站是这么做的 · So this is how the site works

站里每个功能，基本都是冲着上面某个别扭的地方去的。 · Just about every feature here exists because one of those things annoyed us.

• 能一步一步播 · You can play it one step at a time每套战术都能逐步看，也能连着放，速度还能调。谁先动、球什么时候出手、挡完往哪走，是看出来的，不用猜。 · Step through a play, let it run continuously, or slow it down. Who moves first, when the pass goes, where the screener goes next: you watch it instead of guessing.
• 中英文摆在一起 · Chinese and English sit together中文、英文、中英对照三种模式随便切，切了不会少内容。场地上那些叫法另外做了一页可以点的对照图。 · Switch between Chinese, English or both and nothing disappears. The names for parts of the floor get their own tappable diagram.
• 每套都写清参考了什么 · Every play says where it came from战术页里列出了参考的公开资料，方便你自己判断该不该信，不用凭空信一个陌生网站。 · Each play lists the public material behind it, so you can judge it yourself instead of taking a stranger's website at its word.
• 3v3、4v4、5v5 写在一起 · 3v3, 4v4 and 5v5 live in one place同一套战术少一个人怎么打，写在同一页里：该省掉谁，剩下的人怎么补。 · How the same play works when you are a player short is on the same page: which position goes, and who covers for it.
• 规则和入门也放进来了 · Rules and basics are here too违例、掩护算不算犯规、三秒怎么数，这些不清楚的时候战术是空的。所以另外有规则图解，和一条从零开始的入门路线。 · Violations, when a screen is legal, how the three-second count works. Without those a play is just arrows, so there is also a visual rules guide and a path for starting from zero.

几句实话 · A few honest things

• 这里不是教练教材 · This is not a coaching manual没有任何教练资质背书，内容是参考公开资料整理出来的。要是跟正规教材或者你的教练说的不一样，听他们的。 · There are no coaching credentials behind this. It is put together from public material. Where it contradicts a proper textbook or your coach, go with them.
• 看懂和打出来是两回事 · Understanding a play is not running it差距在练的次数，和场上那几句沟通。网站顶多帮你搞清楚该练什么、上次是哪一步崩的，剩下的还得在球场上磨。 · The gap is reps, plus the two or three things you actually say to each other on court. This site can at best tell you what to drill and which step fell apart last time.
• 内容可能有错 · Some of it will be wrong翻译不准、动画跑位和资料有偏差、外链挂掉，都可能发生。看到了告诉我们，我们会改。 · Loose translations, animations that drift from the source, dead links: any of it can happen. Tell us and we will fix it.
• 一直免费 · Free, and staying that way战术、动画、规则图解、术语对照对所有人免费，不用注册，也不打算做成付费墙或者会员等级。 · The plays, animations, rules guide and glossary are free for everyone, no sign-up, and we are not planning to put them behind a paywall or a membership tier.
