Three categories in double figures in one game, drawn from the same five: points, rebounds, assists, steals and blocks. Nearly all of them are points, rebounds and assists.

Eighteen, twelve and ten is a triple-double. Ones built on steals or blocks are rare enough that a whole league may see a handful in a season.
