进攻怎么打： · What beats it: 拖车不停球，直接把球再转移到弱侧——防守为了处理他，弱侧一定还没站好。如果另一名内线已经跑到篮下要住位，拖车也可以在弧顶直接往下打一次高低位，这条传球线在防守站稳之前一直是开着的。 · The trailer does not hold it: he swings the ball weak side immediately, because a defence that committed somebody to him has not finished setting up on the other side. If the other big has already sealed inside, the trailer can throw the high-low straight from the top instead — that lane stays open until the defence is set.

全员先退到禁区保护篮筐，放弃外线，等对手把节奏慢下来。 · Everyone retreats to the paint, concedes the perimeter, and waits for the offence to slow down.

真正的快攻一场打不了几次，落好位的阵地进攻又要等到进攻时限只剩十几秒。二次快攻管的是中间那五六秒——这段时间在大多数球队的训练里是空白的，而它恰恰是全场最容易得分的一段。 · A genuine fast break happens a handful of times a game, and a set offence does not begin until the shot clock is already well down. The secondary break owns the five or six seconds in between, which most teams never practise and which is the easiest scoring window on the floor.
两者经常长得一样，因为二次快攻的拖车跟进之后往往正好形成牛角站位。区别在于时间：牛角是落位之后喊出来的战术，二次快攻是在跑动中自然形成的。 · They often look identical, because a trailing big arriving at the elbow tends to produce a horns alignment. The difference is timing: horns is called after the offence has set up, while the secondary break arrives at the same shape on the run.
