快攻不是一條固定路線。防守回位到哪一步，決定你打第一波、接第二波，還是落入陣地進攻。A fast break is not one fixed sequence. How far the defense has recovered determines whether you attack the first wave, continue into the second, or enter your offense.
有籃下或人數優勢，就快速推進。籃下被封住但防守還沒對好人，就讓拖車、內線和弱側球員接上第二波。等防守全部落位，再穩住球進入陣地進攻。Push when the rim is open or you have numbers. If the rim is covered but matchups are still loose, bring in the trailer, post, and weak side for a second attack. Once the defense is set, protect the ball and enter your offense.

持球人走中路，兩翼全速拉開；更多人數作為拖車跟進第二波。The ball advances in the middle, wings sprint wide, and extra players trail into the second wave.
適合Best for在防守落位前製造人數或速度優勢。Create a numbers or speed advantage before the defense gets set.
第一次快攻沒有機會時，拖車立即進入擋拆、手遞手或高低位，不停球進入半場進攻。When the first break is stopped, trailers flow directly into a screen, handoff, or high-low action.
適合Best for利用防守尚未完成對位的幾秒鐘繼續攻擊。Keep attacking while defenders are still finding matchups.
